Yes. For accepted applicants, the design and build are included. You pay monthly maintenance starting at $55 for hosting, domain registration, and upkeep. An online store or a more complex website may cost more than $55 a month - we tell you if that's the case before we start working together. There is no separate invoice for the website's design and build.

No. You can stay on the monthly maintenance plan for as long as you want. Buying is optional.

If the site takes payments, an agreed percentage of the revenue collected through the website goes toward the price to own it - which we agree on before we start. We choose that percentage with you, and it is written in the agreement. It applies only to payments collected on the website. It does not apply to cash, invoices, or other offline sales. It stops when the written price is paid. It is not a royalty that continues after that.

Then paying to own the website from online sales does not apply. If the website does not take payments, such as a brochure site for a house cleaner or a shop counter, you pay monthly maintenance. You can keep renting, or buy the website later for the price we agree on before we start.

Your brand, the words and photos you provide, and your customer and order records stay yours. If the domain is registered to you, it stays yours. If we set up the domain ourselves, ownership of it will be transferred to you when you complete the purchase of the website. The account that takes your customers' payments is yours - we just connect it, and do not hold your customers' money. SuperfastWP owns the website design and build until the written price stated in the agreement is paid in full.

We agree on that amount in writing before any work starts, and we do not raise it later. You can pay it whenever you want, or pay it over time from online sales (if applicable). The dollar amounts on this page are examples, not your price.

No. The site is built to be found by Google and by AI search, and to look like a real business. We do not guarantee customers, rankings, citations, or that the business will succeed. See our AI search page for what that work actually means.

Nothing happens, then. We reserve the right to reject any applicant, for any reason. Submitting the form does not hold a spot. If it looks like a fit, we will contact you. Up to 55 applicants will be accepted, through December 31, 2026.

Gambling, adult-content, and similar businesses will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to add a credit naming SuperfastWP as the developer. After you purchase the website in full, you can ask us to remove it. Until then, the credit stays.

If a maintenance fee, or any other fee tied to the website, is unpaid or late, we may take the website down. We are not responsible for damages that result from that.

We can end a project that becomes unfit, abusive of the agreement signed with SuperfastWP, or is abusive in general. The agreement you sign before work starts says how much notice we give. Money you have already paid toward owning the website still counts toward that price. The signed agreement explains what happens next.
